Product returns and refunds
 

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase(s). However, if you wish to return an item, please follow this procedure and we will be happy to assist you.
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of the date on your invoice.  Providing item(s) are in their original condition (see below), we will issue you a full refund excluding the original delivery charge, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.  Bespoke items (such as specially engraved wallets and personalised items) are non-returnable.

Please note that the returns policy for items bought in person, at our retail store are different, as the distance selling regulations do not apply.
 
Return procedure

Please return the item(s) with a trackable service that offers insurance to the value of the goods, so that you can make a claim should item(s) not reach us.  Also, choose a delivery service that will deliver to us within the 14 day window as we reserve the right to decline a return outside of this time.
 
Items returned for exchange or refund must be in original, unused/unworn condition with all original tickets, labels and packaging.

Faulty or wrongly delivered products

We inspect all products prior to shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what you ordered or is in some way faulty, please return the item with a trackable service that offers insurance to the value of the goods, so that you can make a claim should the item not reach us. 

Refunds

We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card within 5 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs.
