A: Leather Guild and there Tweedie retail store design all their own tweed patterns in-house.  This makes every one of the tweeds you find on this web site unique to us, unlike companies who buy Harris Tweed designs off the shelf.  This also gives us the freedom to contract the very finest Scottish artisan weavers who employ years of experience and weaving technologies that are restricted for producers of Harris Tweed.  We support the yarn makers and weavers on the mainland.
